Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

System Advance Limited, trading as System Advance ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

3. Who we share it with

We keep this list short on purpose. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and the emails we send you (for example, your System Check results) are delivered by Resend, our email provider; both operate infrastructure outside New Zealand. When you send an enquiry or complete the System Check, your details are stored in our own self-hosted systems on infrastructure we control in New Zealand, not in a third-party CRM. AI Bootcamp bookings, waitlist entries and questions are the exception: they are stored by our booking system on Cloudflare, outside New Zealand. Bootcamp payments are processed by Stripe, and the bootcamp pages use the Meta pixel to measure our ads (see §4); both operate outside New Zealand. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and we use Google for analytics (see §4). We share only what's necessary for these services to function. We do not sell your information, and we won't share it with others except as required by law.

How long we keep it: we keep enquiry and System Check records only as long as we need them to follow up and deliver services. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

4. Cookies & analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our site. It collects pseudonymous, aggregated usage data (it does not identify you by name and does not store IP addresses), processed by Google on servers outside New Zealand.

Links in the emails we send, including our outreach emails, can carry a campaign tag naming the business the email was sent to. If you follow one, Google Analytics records that the visit came from that email, which tells us someone at that business looked at our site. We use this only to decide whether and when to follow up.

Meta pixel on the AI Bootcamp pages. The bootcamp pages (systemadvance.co.nz/bootcamp and the pages under it) use the Meta pixel so we can tell whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to bookings. It records four things: that a bootcamp page was viewed, that the booking button was clicked, that a booking was completed (with its $99 price), and that someone joined the waitlist. It runs on the bootcamp pages only, not anywhere else on this site. We don't send Meta your name, email address or phone number: we don't use Meta's Conversions API or its advanced matching. Meta may connect the visit to your own Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's privacy policy, and you can turn off ads based on activity from other sites in your Meta account settings.

If you'd prefer not to be measured, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block and clear cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies needed for the site to work are always on.

5. Marketing communications

If you opt in, we may send you occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it (where we're not required to keep it). Email william@systemadvance.co.nz (our privacy officer is William de Lacey) and we'll respond within 20 working days.

If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
